- The services you’re interested in, your home or office details, fragrance preference and special instructions
- Photos you choose to upload with a quote request
When you send our quote form, we also record the date and time and your device’s IP address to help prevent spam and, if you opt in to text messages, as a record of your consent.
We may also collect basic website usage data, such as browser type, pages visited and time spent on our site, through standard analytics tools.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Prepare estimates and schedule and confirm cleaning appointments
- Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications
- Respond to inquiries and customer service requests
- Improve our services and customer experience
- Send promotional offers and updates (only with your consent)
Quote requests are emailed to our team and a copy is stored securely on our web server so no request is lost. Photos are used only to prepare your estimate and are never posted publicly without your written permission.
Job applicants
When you apply for a job on our Careers page, we collect the information you give us, such as your name, contact details, address, work availability, work history, your answers to our job questions, and any resume or cover letter you upload or type in.
We use this information only to review your application, contact you about it, set up interviews and make hiring decisions. Applications are emailed to our hiring team and a copy is stored securely on our web server. We do not sell applicant information or use it for marketing. If you opt in, we may text you updates about your application; reply STOP at any time to opt out.
If we hire you, your application becomes part of your employee file. If we don’t, we may keep it for up to two years in case another position opens. You can ask us to delete your application at any time by contacting us using the information below.
SMS communications
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our quote form, you consent to receive text messages from Miracle Cleaning Pros. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates and occasional promotions. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. For additional support, contact us directly using the information below.
No sharing of mobile data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Your mobile opt-in data and phone number will never be sold, rented or shared with third parties or lead generators under any circumstances.
Email communications
We may send you service-related emails and occasional promotional content. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any promotional email or by contacting us directly.
Email newsletter
If you sign up for our email tips, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We use them to send cleaning, organizing and scheduling tips, seasonal checklists, and occasional offers and service information. Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove you from the list at any time using the contact information below. We never sell or rent your email address.
Cookies and website tools
Our website uses a few trusted outside services to work properly:
- Google for the map on our contact page, our customer reviews and website fonts. Google may receive your IP address when these load. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Analytics tools, if used, to understand how visitors use our site. This data is not used to identify you personally.
- Spam protection (such as Cloudflare Turnstile), if used, to make sure quote requests come from real people.
Third-party services
We may use trusted third-party tools to help run our business, such as scheduling software, email providers, website hosting and payment processors. These providers may only use your information to provide services on our behalf and are expected to keep it confidential.
