Our trained team works room by room from a checklist. Every deep clean includes:

What makes a deep clean different
A regular cleaning keeps surfaces tidy. A deep cleaning goes after the buildup a regular visit skips: grime along baseboards, soap scum and hard-water spots in the shower, grease on the backsplash, dust on fan blades and vents, and dirt packed into tile grout. We take more time, use detail tools and let products sit long enough to work. We clean furniture by hand all the way around when possible, clean all your items and decor by hand, and polish glass, chrome and wood. It’s an overall more thorough, detailed clean, with slightly stronger products and different processes.
Every deep clean follows a room-by-room checklist, so nothing is left to memory. Kitchens and bathrooms get the most attention, because that’s where you’ll see the biggest change. Want only the kitchen and bathrooms? That’s available too. You can add the inside of the fridge or oven, inside cabinets, or interior windows when you book. Windows are an add-on, not part of the standard deep clean.
Most homes in Plano and North Dallas need a deep clean a few times a year, often in spring, before the holidays, or before and after a move. Many then switch to recurring housekeeping, which saves 10% to 30% per visit, to keep it that way.

Deep Cleaning questions
What’s the difference between deep cleaning and regular cleaning?
Regular cleaning maintains your home: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchens and bathrooms. Deep cleaning removes buildup from baseboards, grout, fixtures, interior glass and appliances, with more time and detail tools. We also clean furniture by hand all the way around when possible, clean all items and decor by hand, and polish glass, chrome and wood.
How long does a deep cleaning take?
It depends on the size and condition of the home. We’ll give you a time estimate with your free quote, so you know what to expect.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave entry instructions. We lock up when we finish and can text you an update and photos.
Is the inside of the fridge and oven included?
The microwave interior is included. The inside of the fridge and oven, and interior windows, are add-ons you can choose when you book.
How high does a deep cleaning reach?
Our deep cleaning crews use only a 3-step ladder. Anything they can’t reach from it is high area cleaning, a separate add-on.
Are blinds included?
Blinds are thoroughly dusted, with minor spot cleaning. For a full wash, add blind washing.
Does a deep cleaning cost more for some homes?
It can. We may charge more if the home has a lot of collectible or fragile items, or cluttered spaces, because they take extra time and care.
Can you haul away junk?
Yes. When needed, we can haul trash and junk items to a local dumpster, charged per load. We don’t haul construction debris.
How often should I deep clean my home?
Most homes need a deep clean two to four times a year, plus before moving in or after moving out. Weekly or biweekly housekeeping keeps it fresh in between.
