Our short-term rental cleaning checklist
After the first deep cleaning, every turnover follows your property checklist:
- Thorough inspection of the unit before we start
- Kitchen reset: dishes done, counters, sink, stovetop and appliance fronts
- Microwave and fridge cleared of guest leftovers
- Bathrooms cleaned and sanitized, mirrors and glass polished
- Beds made with fresh linens and towels set out
- Guest supplies restocked from your on-site stock
- Trash and recycling emptied and taken out
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- High-touch points disinfected: handles, switches, remotes
- Every surface cleaned and sanitized
- Custom inspection report for maintenance needs and inventory

Step 1: a full deep cleaning. We only take over a property after a thorough first deep cleaning. We clean everything top to bottom: baseboards, fans and vents, grout, soap scum and hard water, inside the appliances and every corner the last cleaner missed. That reset lets every turnover after it stay fast, consistent and truly guest-ready.
Step 2: guest-ready turnovers. Every turnover starts with a thorough inspection of the unit, the most important part of our service. Between check-out and check-in, the same crew follows your property’s checklist every time. We make the beds with your linens, set out fresh towels, restock the guest supplies you keep on site and send you photos of the finished unit, plus a heads-up about any damage, missing items or repairs needed. We disinfect the high-touch points and sanitize the unit, and our custom inspection report covers maintenance needs and inventory. When items run low, we can submit a restocking request for your approval, using an order form we customize for your property.

Do you bring linens and guest supplies?
We use the linens, towels and guest supplies you keep at the property, and let you know when anything is running low. Add laundry and we’ll wash and fold linens and towels on site.
Can you restock supplies for me?
Yes. When items run low, we submit a restocking request for your approval, using an order form we customize for your property.
Can you clean between same-day check-out and check-in?
Tell us your check-out and check-in times and how often you get bookings, and we’ll plan a turnover schedule that fits your calendar.
Will you tell me about damage or missing items?
Yes. We send photos after each turnover and let you know right away about damage, missing items or anything that needs a repair.
How is short-term rental cleaning priced?
The first deep cleaning is quoted based on the size and condition of the property. After that, turnovers are priced per visit. Ask for a free estimate.
