Our post-renovation cleaning checklist
A post-renovation cleaning covers:
- Construction dust removed from walls, trim and ledges
- Cabinets and drawers cleaned inside and out
- Counters, sinks and new fixtures cleaned and polished
- Windows, sills and tracks cleaned
- Vents, fans and light fixtures dusted
- Stickers and light residue removed from new surfaces
- Floors vacuumed and mopped, including edges
- Final detail pass before move-in
Construction dust gets everywhere
Drywall and sawdust are so fine they settle on every surface, inside cabinets and in vents and tracks, often in rooms far from the work area. A regular cleaning just moves it around. Our team removes it layer by layer, from top to bottom.
We work with homeowners after a remodel and with builders, contractors and designers who need a property ready for a client walkthrough. We can do a rough clean during the project and a final detail clean at the end. We encourage you to contact us before the renovation begins, so we can coordinate with your contractor, guide them on proper surface protection to minimize cleanup, and plan cleanings in between to keep the dust down.
Paint splatter or overspray left behind? Add paint removal to the same visit. Blinds coming down for the work? It’s a great time to add blind washing.

Yes. We clean for builders, remodelers, contractors and designers, as well as homeowners.
Can you do a rough clean and a final clean?
Yes. We can remove debris and dust during the project, then do a detailed final clean before the walkthrough.
Do you haul away construction debris?
No. Large debris and materials should be removed by your contractor. We take care of the dust and detailed cleaning.
When should I contact you?
Before your renovation begins. We’ll coordinate with your contractor, guide them on proper surface protection to minimize cleanup, and plan cleanings in between to keep the dust down.
