We build a checklist for your space during a free walkthrough. A typical visit covers:

We start with a walkthrough to learn your space, your security and access needs, and what matters most to you. Then we send a clear quote with a schedule: nightly, a few times a week, weekly or custom. We create a customized checklist for your property, and your office gets a team assigned to your building, so nothing gets missed. The team submits the checklist after every visit to make sure everything is done and to report any issues they find. We also rotate detail areas, like high dusting, the inside of the fridge, and monitors and TVs. After the first week we check in and adjust the checklist.
We provide all of the cleaning chemicals and equipment. For paper products, soap, office supplies and kitchen items, you can order them yourself, or we create a custom list of the items you normally order. We also handle light property maintenance, like changing light bulbs, ceiling tiles and air filters. Low-odor products are available on request. There’s no long-term contract: we earn your business every visit.
