High-heat steam lifts grime from tile, grout and bathroom surfaces and sanitizes them with nothing but water. No chemicals at all. It’s a chemical-free specialty cleaning for showers, bathrooms, kitchens and the spots that mopping can’t reach.

Steam reaches into the pores of tile and the lines of grout where dirt, soap scum and bacteria hide. The heat loosens buildup so it wipes away, and it sanitizes surfaces using only water, with no chemicals, soaps or fragrances. That makes it a great fit for homes with kids, pets or allergies.
We use professional steam cleaning machines on showers, bathrooms and kitchens: bathtubs, faucets, drains, showers, sealed tile, porcelain, sealed stone, sinks, toilets and stovetops, then finish with a dry pass. Grout that has turned dark often comes back a few shades lighter, and greasy stovetops and hoods come clean without heavy scrubbing. Steam also lifts paint from hard surfaces.
Steam isn’t right for every surface. We don’t steam unsealed wood, some laminate or carpet, and we’ll check your floors first. Steam cleaning is a great add-on to a deep cleaning or move-in cleaning.

What surfaces can you steam clean?

Is steam cleaning safe for my floors?
Steam is safe for sealed tile, porcelain and sealed stone. We don’t steam unsealed wood, some laminate floors or carpet, and we check your floors before we start.
Will steam make my grout look new?
Steam lifts most of the dirt from grout lines, and dark grout often comes back several shades lighter. Stained or damaged grout may need sealing or repair.
Do you use chemicals with steam?
No. Our steam cleaning uses only water heated into steam. We don’t add any chemicals, soaps or fragrances.
