Our move-out checklist follows what landlords and listing agents look for:

Moving is stressful enough. Our move-in and move-out cleaning takes one big job off your list. We’ve cleaned homes after tenants, before listings and before new owners get the keys across Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Richardson and North Dallas.
Moving out? We follow common landlord and real estate checklists so the home looks great in photos and passes inspection. Moving in? We focus on sanitizing the kitchen and bathrooms and cleaning inside the cabinets and appliances, so you can unpack right away.
We work with renters, homeowners, landlords, property managers and realtors. Tell us your move date and we’ll schedule around it. Results are best in an empty home, but we can clean around furniture too. Just tell us what’s staying.
Common add-ons: windows and tracks, high areas and ceiling fixtures, the garage, and light bulb and air filter replacement. Blinds are thoroughly dusted with minor spot cleaning; add blind washing for a full wash. When needed, we can haul trash and junk items to a local dumpster, charged per load.

Does the home need to be empty?
Empty is best, because we can reach every surface. If some furniture is staying, let us know and we’ll clean around it.
Is the inside of the fridge and oven included?
Yes. Move-in and move-out cleaning includes the inside of the refrigerator, oven, microwave, cabinets, drawers and shelves. We also clean behind the refrigerator, washer and dryer.
What are the most common add-ons?
Windows and tracks, high areas and ceiling fixtures, the garage, and light bulb and air filter replacement. You can also add blind washing.
Do you work with landlords, property managers and realtors?
Yes. We clean between tenants and before listings and showings. Ask us about regular turnover cleaning.
Do I need to be there?
No. Give us access instructions and we’ll lock up when we finish. We can text you photos.
What isn’t included?
We don’t remove paint or adhesive, haul construction debris, or clean up after pests. We offer paint removal as its own service. When needed, we can haul trash and junk items to a local dumpster, charged per load.
